Turnaround & Restructuring Team

HDH Advisors provides financial advisory and business valuation consulting services in connection with employee stockownership plans (“ESOPs”). We are engaged by independent ESOP trustees to consult on the initial ESOP installation and purchase of company securities, as well as the termination of an ESOP plan or sale of ESOP sponsored stock.
